When?
Participants will receive regular content focused towards their specific leadership role. Once a month, they will meet with their peer group, led by an Eagle Facilitator to discuss leadership and business challenges.
How?
They will have access to regularly-delivered content and resources, and benefit from engaging with a community of peers and a trained Eagle Teams facilitator.
