We utilize Zoom which is a free and easy to use virtual meeting platform. You can download Zoom at the following link http://zoom.us . Other virtual meeting platforms are compatible for use as needed.

Who is a good candidate for Eagle Teams?

Leaders of all walks of life are excellent candidates for Eagle Teams. We believe that everyone is a leader and that begins with leading yourself. With this in mind, Eagle Teams is able to offer peer groups to a large demographic base and align you with the group that best suits your goals.

What payment options do you take?

For individuals signing up and paying for their own membership, we accept all major credit cards. For organizations that want to enroll more than one person at a time, we accept credit cards, purchase orders, and other corporate billing options.

Is full payment due at time of enrollment?

Monthly billing is an option with a valid credit card on file at time of enrollment.

Am I able to change my Peer Group registration?

If you are currently in a peer group, we require a 12-month commitment in order to maintain continuity within each group and to foster a trusted, collaborative & safe space for all members.

My employer has agreed to sponsor or pay for Eagle Teams on my behalf. How do I arrange this?

Please contact us at robinbrzezinksi@teceagle.com with the name of your employer, POC, and contact information. We will handle the rest!

I am interested in Eagle Teams. How can I approach my employer to sponsor and cover my costs?

My organization would like to enroll multiple participants in Eagle Teams. Can I register multiple people?

Definitely! We are excited to partner with companies who are passionate about supporting their leaders. Please contact us at robinbrzezinksi@teceagle.com with the name of your employer, POC, and contact information. We will contact them regarding the enrollment process.

Will there be in-person events?

Eagle Teams is structured as an all virtual/online peer group experience. Currently, we are not offering in-person events for peer groups. If at some point an in-person event is arranged, logistics will be contingent on the availability and consensus of the peer group you are participating in.

How is each Peer Group session structured?

You will receive, on a weekly basis, short, powerful resources, delivered straight to your inbox. Each group meets virtually on a monthly basis for 60 minutes at a pre scheduled time. The agenda will be relevant content, focused conversation with peers, and will be led by a certified Eagle facilitator.

How long am I a member of a peer group?

The duration of an Eagle Teams peer group spans 12 months. The option to extend for another 12 months will be available if the peers collectively decide they want to continue working together.

What happens if my Peer Group isn’t the right fit?

In this event, first we ask you to contact your group facilitator to discuss your concerns. If after this discussion you would still like to change groups, please email us at robinbrzezinksi@teceagle.com.

How are Peer Groups formed?

Eagle Teams allows the opportunity for leaders of all walks of life to experience growth and connection. With a broad demographic, this enables Eagle to compile a group of participants with similar interest, goals, alignment, and/or work background.

What does it mean if I am in a holding pool?

In an effort to establish the best peer group experience possible, Eagle may hold your registration while working to align you with the peers that best suits your needs.

How long will I be in a holding pool?

Depending on the number of participants enrolled with similar interest, goals, alignment, and/or work background, our goal is no longer than one month. We will continue to update the participant on their status.

Who leads the Peer Group?

Your Eagle Engagement peer group meeting will be led by one of our trained and certified Eagle facilitators that has been assessed to best align with your group.
