Meet the experienced and dedicated Certified Eagle Facilitators for Eagle Teams. Each group will be assigned their own facilitator that walks with them throughout their 12-session leadership journey.

Dr. Joanna May-Rouse

Contact Joanna

Dr. Joanna May Rouse serves as Director of Special Projects for Eagle Center for Leadership. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience working with a wide of range of corporate and educational teams from across the United States. 

She has consulted and collaborated with leaders in diverse organizations; conducted strategic planning, personal growth, and team development; and created and facilitated training programs. She is an Eagle certified leadership consultant, facilitator, and trainer. 

Joanna has spent several years researching the impact of mindfulness, organizational trust, and collective efficacy with leaders to create and maintain effective organizations. She holds a Doctorate in Education from the University of Alabama. She enjoys spending weekends at her family cabin in Guntersville, Alabama with her four children.

John Gaillard

Outside of work, he loves reading, golfing, cycling and working with the youth at his church. John is married with two daughters. He graduated with a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University along with a commission from US Army ROTC. His training includes: Officer Basic & Advanced Course, Command and Staff Officers Course from the US Army; Mastering Business Development; Peer Group Facilitator Certification; Co-Starters Business Education Certified; Paterson StratOp Certified. John’s favorite quote is: “Hard work beats talent when talent does not work hard." 

John Gaillard is a veteran leader with over 30 years of experience. He has served in front line leadership through executive positions in the US Army, Duke Energy, General Wholesale – Trane and ScanSource. While at ScanSource as VP, Sales his team achieved 53% growth resulting in a $300m increase in sales. He also was selected to launch a new business within the company where he set the strategy, built the team, recruited vendor partners and achieved all plan metrics over the first three years. 

John credits any success to his ability to build and develop teams that cared about each other and the success of the team. This passion for people gives him a desire to see each person he coaches grow and succeed personally and professionally. This stage of his life is dedicated to sharing with others the experiences and life lessons learned over his career.

Tricia Collins

Contact Tricia

Tricia Collins, a Life Coach with Eagle Consulting, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working on both the leadership and counseling side of the Eagle organization. She has served in a variety of onsite coaching roles with companies to include 3M, Access Automotive, Mellow Mushroom, etc. Tricia has been with Eagle for 10 years and has a passion for walking with people to help them live life to the fullest. She enjoys helping people better understand what may be hindering them from living a whole and healthy life and then how to remove those things that may be hindering them, so they can enjoy life.

Tricia has a niece and nephew who she adores and enjoys getting to be the fun Aunt. She enjoys tennis, kayaking, running and spending time with family and friends. Travel is a major hobby or hers and she loves seeing the beauty of the world. She is an active member of her church where she enjoys teaching and serving. Tricia is looking forward to an opportunity to meet with employees and serve them through Life Coaching.

Rick Rolando

Recently retired from 3M Company after 37 years, Rick Rolando’s career was marked by successful leadership of engineering and scientific experts. He taught them to manage the complexities of a global, matrixed company. He effectively led his teams as they focused on implementing new manufacturing technology and the commercialization of new products. Throughout his years of leadership with the 3M Company, Rick was committed to the personal and professional growth of all members of his team. He now brings that same commitment to his coaching relationships.

Rick says, “I look at coaching as a way to help other leaders learn more about themselves and use that insight to be the best leader they can be. It is important to me to be able to provide pertinent information and tools to support my clients to the best of my abilities.” Rick’s clients receive not only the benefits of his management experience and technical knowledge, but the heart of a caring, thoughtful listener and coach. Rick says, “I look forward to working with other leaders and sharing their leadership journeys.”

Melissa Hambrick Jackson is a skilled leadership executive with years of experience in building and executing successful strategic business initiatives. She serves as a principal partner of Eagle Consulting and President of Eagle Center for Leadership. Her leadership approach centers around identifying and solidifying strong relationships with leaders from all walks of life. 

As a master speaker, facilitator, and executive coach, Melissa has worked with leaders around the world to develop effective strategies for organizational leadership and individual success. Because of her relationship driven approach, she devotes time and energy to listen to the specific needs of your organization. Her achievements over the last 20 years are a result of emphasizing the power of relationships, the strength of consistency, and recognizing the full potential in others.

Steve Meadows

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Steve has lead major companies and served in various leadership positions over the past 30 years. He brings a plethora, of experience and expertise to enterprises in order to help them solve business dilemmas. Steve supports leaders through a relationship-driven, outcome-based leadership experience.

Steve Meadows has been a Major Account Manager and served in various sales leadership positions over the past 30 years as he worked with several technology vendors to help large enterprises solve business problems. Steve knows that the key to solving these problems is effective communication … listening and understanding what is the source of the problem.
